Dear customer, due to the fact that customers often submit "sensitive goods" as "ordinary goods" recently, the follow-up processing work has been increased after security inspection and return, and the delivery time has also been delayed, causing losses to parties.
~ Please be sure to know whether your goods are general goods or sensitive goods before submitting. If you are not sure, you can contact customer service to help confirm.
️Sensitive goods can refer to the following:
Liquid, powder (white is prohibited), skin care products, cosmetics, magnetism, batteries, electrical appliances (or related to electricity), health care products, food, high imitation, famous brand, etc...
-The first submission error needs to make up the price difference + RM5 reissue sensitive fee
-Second or more submission errors need to repay the whole ticket for sensitive goods
